The national rules for the certification of forest reproductive material (the national rules) in Canada, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Türkiye, the United Kingdom and the United States (the specified third countries) provide that an official field inspection is to be carried out during the collection and processing of seed and the production of planting stock.
