In order to ensure a smooth implementation of the measures laid down in this Regulation with respect to GAEC standards 6, 7 and 8, as listed in Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2021/2115, transitional provisions need to be laid down as regards amendments of CAP Strategic Plans submitted by Member States for Commission approval pursuant to Article 119 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 in 2024 and as regards the effects of those amendments in 2024 prior to the approval of those amendments by the Commission.
