Since the financing of the new measure will be provided through the EAFRD, the legal framework laid down for the programming period 2014–2020, in particular the specific provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 and of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as of the delegated and implementing acts adopted pursuant to those Regulations, are to apply to the new measure.
