In accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2024/1639, the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Serbia on operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in the Republic of Serbia (the Agreement) was signed on 25 June 2024, subject to its conclusion at a later date.
