This Directive is without prejudice to the rules laid down in other Union legal acts, in particular Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which regulates other aspects of the provision of services by online platforms, such as obligations applicable to providers of online platforms allowing consumers to conclude distance contracts with traders.
