The Commission will develop and propose an implementing act for setting end-of-waste criteria for textiles, based on the ongoing work of the Joint Research Centre. The end-of-waste criteria should include criteria for textile, textile-related and footwear products assessed as fit for re-use and recycled textile, textile-related and footwear products.
