Definitions of producer of textile, textile-related or footwear products, making available on the market, online platform, fulfilment service provider, social economy entity, consumer, end user, unsold consumer product and producer responsibility organisation linked to the implementation of the extended producer responsibility for textiles should be included in Directive 2008/98/EC so that the scope of those concepts and linked obligations are clarified.
