This Directive should be without prejudice to the rules on police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters, and on mutual recognition of related judicial decisions. Also, it should not affect the possibility of the judicial authorities of the Member States to execute decisions they have issued, in particular decisions of a criminal nature. In particular, this Directive should not affect the rights and obligations stemming from Council Framework Decisions 2005/214/JHA and 2008/947/JHA, or the rights of suspects and accused persons as provided for in Directives 2010/64/EU, 2012/13/EU, 2013/48/EU, (EU) 2016/343, (EU) 2016/800 and (EU) 2016/1919 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
