Recital (72)

Measures taken pursuant to this Directive should also take account of other Union policy objectives, such as the objectives pursued by Regulation (EU) 2024/1252 of the European Parliament and of the Council, namely ensuring a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials for the Union’s industries.
