In line with the principle of inclusive partnerships, the Commission should strive to ensure that Moldova’s parliament, local authorities, in accordance with Moldova’s national legal framework, and relevant stakeholders in Moldova, including social partners and civil society organisations are duly consulted and have timely access to relevant information to allow them to play a meaningful role during the design and implementation of programmes and the related monitoring processes.
