Article 1

In Regulation (EU) 2018/196, Article 3 is amended as follows: (1) in paragraph 3, the first subparagraph is replaced by the following: The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 4 to make the adjustments and amendments referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article. ; (2) the following paragraph is added: 4. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article, where the amount of disbursements under the CDSOA relating to anti-dumping and countervailing duties paid on imports from the Union for the most recent year for which data are available at that time, as published by the United States' authorities, is USD 30000 or less, the Commission shall not adjust the level of suspension and the application of the additional import duty referred to in Article 2 shall be suspended. The Commission shall publish a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union to that effect..
