In order to allow for evidence-based policymaking, the Commission should review the implementation of this Regulation and submit a report to the European Parliament, the Council, the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee. In order to ensure that sufficient evidence is gathered regarding the application of this Regulation and of the Cross-Border Facilitation Tool, that report should be submitted five years from the entry into force of this Regulation.
