Recital (21)

When ensuring compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 on the amendment of data and advance data erasure, Member States should complete the incomplete data to the extent permitted by the limited availability of the sets of data recorded in the EES during the progressive start of operations of the EES.
