Recital (12)

It should be possible to apply a higher co-financing rate to priorities in programmes covering one or more NUTS level 2 regions bordering Russia, Belarus or Ukraine, given the adverse impact of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine on those NUTS level 2 regions.
