While this Regulation lays down specific rules regarding information sharing by the ESAs, the ESRB, the SRB, the ECB as a competent authority and AMLA, other Union authorities as well as national authorities should be able, and are encouraged, to share information with and request information from other authorities as much as possible, to reduce the reporting burden and ensure efficient data flows.
