A temporary suspension of the visa exemption should be lifted whenever the circumstances that led to it are remedied before the end of the period of the suspension. To that end, the Commission should adopt an implementing act before the end of the period of suspension where that period is set out in an implementing act or a delegated act before the end of the period of suspension where that period is set out in a delegated act.
