When processing or disclosing personal data contained in the common data platform, the Agencies and the Commission should comply with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and the competent authorities of the Member States should comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
