In order to facilitate enforcement by Member States, the Agencies responsible for assessing and providing scientific output, including scientific opinions, on regulatory dossiers containing studies subject to notification to the ECHA should, where relevant, cooperate and exchange information with the Member State enforcement authorities to help them to check compliance with the obligations laid down in this Regulation.
