The existing project The EU Chemicals Legislation Finder, managed by the ECHA, makes it easier to find and identify legal obligations related to the use of a specific chemical. The project is especially helpful for small and medium sized enterprises in identifying their legal obligations. To reinforce the support function of the project for business operators, it should be established on a permanent basis and more Union legal acts should be included in its scope. For this purpose, the ECHA should collect information on the legal obligations deriving from the Union legal acts on chemicals listed in Annex I to this Regulation and incorporate that information into the common data platform as a dedicated service.
