Article 4 — Statistical units
Statistics under this Regulation shall be compiled for the following statistical units:
(a) persons;
(b) vital events;
(c) families;
(d) households;
(e) buildings intended for habitation;
(f) living quarters, including institutions;
(g) conventional dwellings.
