To prevent the misuse of warnings to circumvent the applicable safety requirements, the warnings provided for certain categories of toys should not be allowed if they conflict with the intended or reasonably foreseeable use of the toy. To ensure that supervisors are aware of any risks associated with the toy, it is necessary to ensure that the warnings are clearly intelligible, legible and visible.
