When placing a toy on the market, importers should indicate their name on the toy and the address at which they can be contacted. Exceptions should be provided for in cases where the size or nature of the toy does not allow for such an indication, including where importers would have to open the packaging to put their name and address on the toy. In such cases, the name and address should be indicated on the packaging or an accompanying document.
