In order to facilitate the assessment of conformity with the requirements of this Regulation, it is necessary to provide for a presumption of conformity for toys which are in conformity with the applicable harmonised standards that are adopted in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council and published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
