It should be possible to invite representatives of Ukraine to meetings of the committee where their input is necessary in connection with implementing measures which concern Ukraine, such as the implementing acts relating to the Ukraine Support Instrument. That would allow such representatives to share their views and respond to questions from Member States. However, they should not be allowed to be present during deliberations, nor to participate in votes of the committee.
