Recital (44)

Pursuant to Article 85 of Council Decision (EU) 2021/1764, natural persons and bodies and institutions established in overseas countries and territories (OCTs) are eligible for funding subject to the rules and objectives of the Programme and possible arrangements applicable to the Member State to which the relevant OCT is linked.
