To improve Member States’ awareness of the availability of EDTIB and Ukrainian DTIB products, the Programme should be able to support the establishment, by the Commission, of a single, centralised and up-to-date catalogue of defence products developed by the EDTIB and the Ukrainian DTIB, based on voluntary contributions by Member States, Ukraine and economic operators (European Military Sales Catalogue). For that purpose, the products present in the catalogue should be manufactured by economic operators that are established and have their executive management structures in the Union, an associated country or Ukraine, and the infrastructure, facilities, assets and resources used for the purpose of manufacturing those products should be located in the Union, an associated country or Ukraine. When establishing that catalogue, the Commission should consult the EDA and take into account its expertise.
