Pursuant to the TFEU, and in particular Article 263 thereof, the validity of implementing acts granting a Union compulsory licence and the adequate remuneration provided for therein, as well as the validity of any other implementing acts pertaining to the Union compulsory licence, are subject to judicial review by the Court of Justice of the European Union (the Court).
