Further alignment of CAP financial instruments and the financial instruments of other policies under shared management needs to be achieved in the context of irregularities and financial corrections, when bodies implementing financial instruments demonstrate the fulfilment of a set of cumulative conditions. Therefore, Article 57 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 should be amended to ensure consistency with Article 103(6) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.
