Transitional provisions should be laid down in connection with amendments to Article 119 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115, introduced by this Regulation, to ensure that requests for amendment and notifications of modifications of CAP Strategic Plans submitted by Member States to the Commission before the entry into force of this Regulation are approved using the procedures applicable at the time of submission of those requests for amendment or notifications.
