Article 2

1. The Agreement shall be applied on a provisional basis, in accordance with Article 15 of the Agreement, and subject to the notifications provided for therein as from the later of the dates on which each Party has notified the other of the completion of its internal procedures necessary for that purpose. 2. The date from which the Agreement is to be applied on a provisional basis shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
