1. This Decision shall be subject to approval by the Member States in accordance with their respective constitutional requirements. Each Member State shall notify the General Secretariat of the Council of the completion of its procedures necessary for that purpose.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the first day after the date on which the last notification referred to in paragraph 1 has been received.
