Article 14 — Designated courts and administrative authorities

1. Each Member State shall designate the courts or administrative authorities that are authorised to access and search its national bank account registers and the courts or administrative authorities that are authorised to access and search bank account information on a cross-border basis in accordance with Article 15(2) (designated courts or administrative authorities). 2. Each Member State shall notify the Commission of its designated courts or administrative authorities by 22 April 2029 and shall notify the Commission of any changes thereto without undue delay. The Commission shall publish such notifications in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the European e-Justice Portal.
