Member States’ experts should continue to be involved in the regular cooperation facilitated by the Common Implementation Strategy for Directive 2000/60/EC and in particular in the working groups established under it, and thus closely involved especially in the revision of the watch lists, the updates of the lists of pollutants and the establishment of the reporting formats.
