In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of Directive 2008/105/EC, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission to adopt standardised formats for the reporting of point-source emissions not covered by Regulation (EU) 2024/1244 and of diffuse emissions to the EEA. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
