The procedure for the submission of information, by entities that are part of a group, to resolution authorities for the preparation of resolution plans should be aligned with the procedure set out in Directive 2014/59/EU for the submission of information for the monitoring of the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) to avoid unnecessary costs and complexity.
