Article 25 — Protection of persons who report offences or assist the investigation thereof

1. Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that Directive (EU) 2019/1937 is applicable to the reporting of the offences referred to in Articles 3 to 11 of this Directive and to the protection of persons reporting such offences, under the conditions established therein. 2. In addition to the measures referred to in paragraph 1, Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that any person reporting offences referred to in this Directive, providing evidence or otherwise cooperating with competent authorities, has access to protection, support and assistance measures in the context of criminal proceedings, in accordance with national law.
