Member States should adopt measures to define as a punishable criminal offence the intentional concealment or disguising of the true nature, source, location, disposition, movement, rights with respect to, or ownership of property, knowing that such property is derived from the commission of the offences of bribery in the public or private sector, misappropriation, trading in influence, obstruction of justice, or inciting, aiding and abetting, and attempt, as set out in this Directive.
