Within the parameters laid down in Directive (EU) 2015/2302, Member States should define their insolvency protection systems applicable within their territories, including the associated procedures and the methods for providing information on insolvency protection through the most effective communication channels available. It is important to require that, as soon as an insolvency occurs, travellers be provided with all necessary information. Accordingly, Member States should designate the relevant entity or entities responsible for providing the necessary information.
