Where information is provided only digitally, it is necessary to clarify that such information should be provided through a single data carrier, but be provided separately and be clearly distinguishable from other information. This would facilitate the work of market surveillance authorities and also provide clarity to consumers or other end-users regarding the different pieces of information that are available to them in a digital format.
