Recital (36)

To support the implementation of assistance to support Ukraine’s defence industrial capacities, the Commission should establish Ukraine’s Defence Industrial Capacities Expert Group. That Expert Group should advise the Commission on matters related to the assistance to support Ukraine’s defence industrial capacities.
