The competent committee of the European Parliament should be able to invite the Commission to discuss in the Ukraine Support Loan dialogue matters that concern the implementation of this Regulation. The Commission should take into account elements arising from the views expressed through the Ukraine Support Loan dialogue, including resolutions of the European Parliament, if provided.
