Despite ongoing international efforts to broker a peaceful resolution to the conflict, the prolongation of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine has resulted in significant damage to Ukraine’s critical defence, civilian and energy infrastructure, necessitating the mobilisation of substantial additional resources to address Ukraine’s immediate financing needs.
