Complying with the Union requirement to include the list of ingredients and the nutrition declaration on the labels of exported wine can be burdensome for exporters, especially where the labelling requirements of the importing third countries differ from those of the Union. To facilitate exports in such cases, it is appropriate to exempt the wine to be exported from those Union labelling requirements.
