A lack of procedural arrangements regarding the language regime could present obstacles to the smooth cooperation between enforcement authorities. For that reason, the enforcement authorities should agree on the language to be used in all notifications, requests and communications between them. Where they are unable to agree on the language to be used, the default rules on language use laid down in this Regulation should apply.
