It is necessary to list the cases where an enforcement authority concerned by an unfair trading practice with a cross-border dimension should be able to decide to refuse to participate in a coordinated action. In particular, lack of available resources on the part of such enforcement authority should not justify refusing to participate in a coordinated action.
