Article 132 — Supplementary provisions on the jurisdiction of national courts other than EU design courts

1. Within the Member State whose courts have jurisdiction pursuant to Article 118(1), the courts which would have jurisdiction ratione loci and ratione materiae in the case of actions relating to a national design right in that Member State shall have jurisdiction for actions relating to EU designs other than the actions referred to in Article 120. 2. Actions relating to an EU design, other than the actions referred to in Article 120, for which no court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article 118(1) and paragraph 1 of this Article may be heard before the courts of the Member State in which the Office has its seat.
