Article 143 — The department in charge of the Register

1. In addition to the powers conferred on it by Regulation (EU) 2017/1001, the department in charge of the Register shall be responsible for taking decisions in respect of entries in the Register under this Regulation and other decisions required by this Regulation which do not fall within the competence of the examiners or an Invalidity Division. 2. The department in charge of the Register shall also be responsible for maintaining the list of professional representatives in design matters.
