Article 77 — Decisions subject to appeal

1. An appeal shall lie from the decisions of the Office referred to in Article 141, points (a), (b) and (c). 2. Articles 66 to 72 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 shall apply to appeals dealt with by the Boards of Appeal under this Regulation, unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation.
