Article 92 — Correction of errors and manifest oversights

1. The Office shall correct any linguistic errors or errors of transcription and manifest oversights in its decisions, errors in registering an EU design or errors in publishing the registration, of its own motion or at the request of a party. 2. Where the correction of errors in the registration of an EU design or in the publication of the registration is requested by the holder, Article 69 shall apply mutatis mutandis. 3. Corrections of errors in the registration of an EU design and in the publication of the registration shall be published by the Office.
