In order to ensure the effective and efficient organisation of the Boards of Appeal, the power to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission to supplement this Regulation by specifying the details of the organisation of the Boards of Appeal where proceedings relating to EU designs require a derogation from the delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 168 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001.
